在对零件进行荧光检测时,发现的线性显示和点状显示往往都需要测量大小后,才能按照标准确定是否合格。由于缺陷的观察测量是在暗室环境中进行的,如果使用普通格尺测量不仅不易识别刻度,对于小缺陷的测量精度也不高,不能满足使用要求。本文对比进口荧光刻度尺和国产荧光比对尺的优缺点,并借鉴两种尺子的制作方法提出了一种新型荧光刻度尺制作工艺。文章还分析了影响荧光刻度尺精度的因素,最后开展了刻度尺应用试验,在荧光检测现场取得了良好的使用效果。刻度尺的研制确保了产品在进行检测时对发现的缺陷进行测量的准确性,从而保证了产品质量。
Fluorescent detection of parts, found that the linear display and dot-like display often need to measure the size before they can be determined in accordance with the standards of eligibility. Due to the observation of defects in darkroom environment, the measurement is not only not easy to use if it is not easy to identify the scale, the measurement accuracy of small defects is not high enough to meet the requirements. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of imported fluorescence scale and domestic fluorescence ratio ruler are compared, and a new type of fluorescence scale production process is proposed by reference to the production methods of two kinds of rulers. The article also analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of the fluorescence scale, finally carried out the scale test, and achieved good results in the field of fluorescence detection. The development of the scale ensures the accuracy of the product’s measurement of defects found during the test, thus ensuring product quality.
