目的:观察中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将76例本病患者随机分为两组,对照组30例用西药治疗,治疗组46例在对照组治疗的基础上加益气滋阴活血汤治疗。结果:症状疗效总有效率治疗组为91.3%,对照组为83.3%,两组比较P<0.05;心电图疗效总有效率治疗组为82.6%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods: 76 cases of this disease were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 30 cases with Western medicine treatment group, 46 cases in the control group based on the treatment of Yiqi Ziyinhuoxue Decoction treatment. Results: The total effective rate of the symptoms and signs of the treatment group was 91.3%, 83.3% in the control group, P <0.05; the total effective rate of the electrocardiogram was 82.6% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: The treatment of angina pectoris with traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective.
