随着中国经济发展进入新常态,面对速度变化、结构优化、动力转换三大特点,适应新常态、把握新常态、引领新常态,是当前和今后一个时期中国经济发展的大逻辑。新常态既是挑战,也是机遇,关键看怎样认识和把握,认识到位、把握得好、工作得力,就能把挑战变成机遇。而“走出去”是中国企业面对新常态做出的积极响应。政府“一带一路”、“中国制造2025”等战略的提出,为中国企业“走出去”战略创造了难得的历史机遇。
With China’s economic development entering a new normal, facing the three major characteristics of speed change, structural optimization and power conversion, adapting itself to the new normal, grasping the new normal and leading the new normal is the grand logic of China’s economic development at present and in the coming period. The new normal is not only a challenge but also an opportunity. The key is how to recognize and grasp it, recognize it in place, grasp well and work well, and turn the challenge into an opportunity. And “going out” is a positive response made by Chinese enterprises to the new normal. The proposal of the government such as “Belt and Road” and “Made in China 2025” has created a rare historical opportunity for Chinese enterprises to “go global” strategy.
