苏联共产党第二十一次非常代表大会已于2月5日胜利闭幕。这是一个具有伟大时代意义的事件。会议所通过的关于赫鲁晓夫同志报告的决议和批准的七年计划的控制数字,在苏联人民面前,也在全世界人民面前胜利地宜告了今天已经取得的伟大成果,并展示出更加光辉灿烂的明天。苏联已进入了全面展开共产主义社会建设的时期。七年计划的主要任务是:建立共产主义的物质技术基础,进—步巩固苏联的经济力量和国防力量,同时日益充分地满足人民不断增长的物质和精神需要。七年计划保证在建立共产主义的物质技术基础方面和保证在同资本主义国家的和平经济竞赛中取得胜利方面,迈出了决定性的一步。
The twenty-first extraordinary congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union won the victory on February 5. This is an event of great temporal significance. The control figures passed on the resolution and the approved seven-year plan of Comrade Khrushchov’s report passed before the people of the Soviet Union and the people of the world should victoriously report the great achievements that have been made today and show even greater Brilliant tomorrow. The Soviet Union has entered a period of full development of communist society. The main tasks of the seven-year plan are: to establish the material and technological basis of communism, to further consolidate the economic and defense forces of the Soviet Union, and at the same time meet the people’s ever-growing material and spiritual needs more and more fully. The seven-year plan guarantees a decisive step in establishing the material and technological basis of communism and in ensuring its victory in the peaceful economic contest with the capitalist countries.
