目的:对比分析经阴道彩超(Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,TVCDU)及经腹彩超(Trans abdominal color doppler ultrasound,TACDU)对异位妊娠的临床诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析我院370例经手术病理检查确诊的异位妊娠患者的临床资料,术前所有患者均先后接受TACDU及TVCDU;比较二者诊断准确率和附件区包块、假孕囊、胚芽、盆腔积液、卵黄囊的检出率。结果:TVCDU对异位妊娠的诊断准确率为95.68%,明显高于TACDU 74.86%(P<0.05)。此外,TVCDU附件区包块、假孕囊、胚芽、盆腔积液、卵黄囊的检出率分别为94.32%、15.14%、31.89%、91.62%、55.41%,均显著高于TACDU的69.46%、4.32%、16.76%、62.43%、33.24%(P<0.05)。结论:与TACDU相比,TVCDU对异位妊娠的诊断准确率更高,可为临床诊疗提供可靠的参考依据。
Objective: To compare the clinical diagnostic value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound (TVCDU) and transabdominal color doppler ultrasound (TACDU) in ectopic pregnancy. Methods: The clinical data of 370 ectopic pregnancy patients confirmed by pathological examination were retrospectively analyzed. All patients received TACDU and TVCDU before operation. The diagnostic accuracy of the two groups were compared with that of the accessory mass, Germ, pelvic fluid, the detection rate of yolk sac. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of TVCDU for ectopic pregnancy was 95.68%, which was significantly higher than TACDU 74.86% (P <0.05). In addition, the detection rates of mass, pseudocyst, germ, pelvic fluid and yolk sac in the attachment area of TVCDU were 94.32%, 15.14%, 31.89%, 91.62% and 55.41% respectively, which were significantly higher than 69.46% of TACDU, 4.32%, 16.76%, 62.43% and 33.24%, respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with TACDU, TVCDU is more accurate in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy, which can provide a reliable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
