目的 观察丹红注射液联合曲美他嗪治疗慢性缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效.方法 86例慢性缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者完全随机分为2组,每组43例.对照组予常规抗心力衰竭治疗,疗程为3个月;联合用药组在常规治疗基础上加服曲美他嗪20 mg,3次/d,疗程3个月,另加用丹红注射液20 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,时间2～4周.应用超声心动图观察2组治疗后心脏结构及功能的改变情况,并比较治疗效果.结果 联合用药组总有效率为90.7%(39例),明显高于对照组的69.8%(30例)(P＜0.05).治疗后复查时,联合用药组左心室射血分数、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径等指标明显好于对照组[(44.96±8.49)%比(41.13±7.63)%,(46.76±9.05)mm比(51.48±9.17)mm,(41.65±7.56)mm比(45.27±7.39)mm,均P＜0.05)].结论 丹红注射液联合曲美他嗪能够改善缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者心脏结构和功能,提高临床疗效.
