为了有效降低综放工作面粉尘浓度及温度,设计了混合式注水方式,即在动压区采用静压注水,静压区采用动压注水,并根据东滩煤矿1305综放工作面的煤层状况,进行了注水钻孔布置、设备选型、现场煤层注水试验及注水效果测定。试验结果表明,煤层含水率较注水前平均增加了1.6%,工作面煤体湿润半径约为7.3 m;落煤、移架处的降尘率平均达到了70%左右;注水后工作面温度平均降低1.1℃,混合式注水技术有效地湿润了煤体,取得了良好的的防尘、降温效果。
In order to effectively reduce the dust concentration and temperature in fully mechanized top coal caving face, a hybrid water injection method is designed, that is, hydrostatic injection is adopted in the dynamic pressure zone and hydrodynamic injection is used in the hydrostatic pressure zone. According to the coal seam status of 1305 fully mechanized caving mining face in Dongtan Coal Mine , Conducted a water injection drilling arrangement, equipment selection, site water injection test and water injection effect determination. The experimental results show that the water cut of coal seam increases by 1.6% on average, and the wet radius of coal face is about 7.3 m. The falling dust rate of coal drop is about 70% on average, and the average working face temperature decreases 1.1 ℃, hybrid water injection technology effectively wet the coal, made a good dust, cooling effect.
