血活素的构成成份:血活素是从牛犊血液中去蛋白获得有特异嗅味、淡褐色透明液体状药物。其中40~45mg/ml 是固体成份,其中约70%是无机物。余下30%为有机物。无机物主要为 Na、K、Cl等;有机物成分中含有氨基酸、肽类、糖质、有机酸类等,还有其他多数不清楚的成分。血活素的作用机理:已知血活素有组织呼吸促进作用,网状内皮系统活化作用等。特别是组织呼吸促进作用与氧化磷酸化反应有关,有益于 ATP生成,有力的促进细胞代谢,其作用强度是细胞色素 C 的2倍以上。血活素的临床应用:血活素在临床上广泛用于
