[目的]解决当前吡唑醚菌酯剂型普遍存在的易失效、持效低与环境污染严重等一系列问题。[方法]以吡唑醚菌酯为芯材、聚己内酯为壁材、丙酮为溶剂、水为抗溶剂、聚乙烯醇为表面活性剂,利用溶剂提取法“一步法”制备吡唑醚菌酯微胶囊剂和悬浮剂的混合剂型,并对产品进行了包载药率、释放性能、稳定性、粒径分布以及形貌一系列表征。考察了芯壁比、温度等工艺参数对包载药率和释放性能的影响。[结果]混合剂型的稳定性和缓释性能良好,持效期可以延长至10 d以上。[结论]与传统农药剂型相比,提高了农药的利用率和持效性;与新型的微胶囊剂型相比,降低了成本,避免药效的滞后性。
[Objective] To solve a series of problems such as the common failure of pyraclostrobin, the low efficiency and serious environmental pollution. [Method] With pyraclostrobin as the core material, polycaprolactone as the wall material, acetone as the solvent, water as the anti-solvent and polyvinyl alcohol as the surfactant, the solvent extraction method and the “one-step method” The mixed dosage forms of microcapsules and suspending agents of zoledronic acid were obtained. The products were characterized by a series of drug loadings, release properties, stability, particle size distribution and morphology. The effects of process parameters such as core-wall ratio and temperature on the drug loading and release properties were investigated. [Result] The stability and sustained-release properties of the mixed dosage form were good, and the holding time could be extended to above 10 d. [Conclusion] Compared with traditional pesticide formulations, pesticide utilization and retention efficiency were improved. Compared with the new type of microcapsule formulations, the cost was reduced and the lag of drug efficacy was avoided.
