以硅片为基底,运用金辅助化学湿法刻蚀和气相沉积技术制备低表面能的多孔硅,并在此基础上滴加适量的性能优异的Dupont Krytox GPL 103润滑油,从而制备出滑性预浸润表面。重点研究滑性预浸润表面的滑动性能和自清洁性能。结果表明,滑性预浸润表面对去离子水和表面张力从53mN/m的丙三醇到27.5mN/m的正十六烷范围内的油类均有抵制性,与这些测试液体的滑动角均小于10°,只要稍微倾斜样品,测试液滴就会从样品表面滑落,显示了优异的滑动性能和自清洁性能。
Using silicon as a substrate, the porous silicon with low surface energy is prepared by gold-assisted chemical wet etching and vapor deposition techniques.
