用X-射线荧光光谱、等离子发射光谱等现代分析方法,对工业使用半年后的EB-4球形耐硫变换催化剂的表面状态和内部结构进行了分析。结果表明,催化剂表面沉积的杂质元素有Fe、Ca、Na、及Pb等,除Fe的含量>1%以外,其它杂质均<1%;元素Fe主要以FeS的形式存在,伴有少量Fe_9S_8;其它活性组分结构无明显变化;助剂K有部分流失。以上研究表明,低温变换工艺中,上段催化剂经过半年使用后未发生粉化现象及化学结构变化,其低温活性降低主要是由于气质和水质中带的杂质沉积在催化剂表面并伴有吸附发生以及K的部分流失所致。
The surface state and internal structure of the EB-4 spherical sulfur tolerant shift catalyst after six months of industrial use were analyzed by modern analytical methods such as X-ray fluorescence spectrometry and plasma emission spectroscopy. The results show that the impurities of Fe, Ca, Na and Pb deposited on the surface of catalyst are all less than 1% except Fe> 1%. Fe is mainly present in the form of FeS with Fe_9S_8, There was no obvious change in the structure of other active components; K was partially lost. The above studies show that in the low-temperature transformation process, the upper catalyst does not undergo chalking and chemical structure change after six months of use, and its low-temperature activity is mainly due to the presence of impurities in the temperament and water quality deposited on the catalyst surface with adsorption and K Part of the loss caused.
