我公司在施工两个5000米~3箍桶式电热张拉预应力水池时,曾遇到端杆45号钢要进行热处理的问题,因无此设备,故改用冷拉45号钢作端杆,并根据工人同志的建议和通过计算,采用双层钢管作承力支架,承受45号钢的张拉力,经过十多次的试验改革,试制出全部工艺设备(构造详见图1),张拉成品符合国家规定。
In the construction of two 5,000-meter to 3-ply barrel-type electric tensioned prestressed pools, the company once encountered the problem that the 45-bar end-bars must be heat-treated. Because there was no such equipment, the cold-drawn 45 steel was used as the end. According to the recommendations of the workers and comrades, and through calculations, the double-layer steel pipe was used as a support bracket to withstand the tensile force of the 45 steel. After more than ten trial reforms, all the process equipment was prototyped (see Figure 1 for details). Tensile products comply with national regulations.
