目的为了掌握贺州市昭平县法定传染病流行特征,做好疫情预测和制定传染病防治措施提供科学依据。方法对2011年昭平县法定报告传染病疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2011年昭平县无甲类传染病,报告乙、丙类传染病15种2 307例,死亡26例,年发病率、死亡率和病死率分别为677.14/10万、7.63/10万和1.13%。其中乙类传染病9种1 271例,年发病率为373.06/10万,死亡25例,死亡率为7.74/10万,病死率为1.97%;丙类传染病6种1 036例,发病率为304.08/10万,死亡数1例。乙、丙类传染病报告中,发病数居前5位的病种为手足口病719例,病毒性肝炎509例、肺结核348例、梅毒267例、其他感染性腹泻(215例)。死亡数病种主要为艾滋病24例,占死亡总数的92.31%;狂犬病1例,手口足病1例。结论 2011年昭平县乙、丙类传染病发病率较高,当前手足口病、病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、其他感染性腹泻是危害该县人民健康与生命安全的主要公共卫生问题,应加强预防控制工作。艾滋病是昭平县传染病死亡的首位死因,也是今后防治工作的重点和难点。

The number of deaths is mainly AIDS in 24 cases, accounting for 92.31% of the total deaths; rabies in 1 case, hand mouth sore in 1 case. Conclusion In 2011, there was a high incidence of B and C infectious diseases in Zhaoping County. At present, hand, foot and mouth disease, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis and other infectious diarrhea are the major public health problems that endanger the health and life safety of the people in the county and should be strengthened Prevention and control work. AIDS is the first cause of death from infectious diseases in Zhaoping County, which is also the focus and difficulty of future prevention and control work.
