安乐嗪即哌(口普)嗪(Pipntiazine),是一种新的酚噻嗪类抗精神病药物。安乐嗪和棕榈酸结合而成安乐嗪棕榈酸酯(Pipotiazine Palmitate),简称安棕酯为安乐嗪的长效制剂,肌肉注射后逐渐水解为安乐嗪,是一种酚噻嗪类抗精神病药物,国外于1970年试用于临床。天津市安乐嗪协作组(天津市医药工业研究所,新新制药厂,天津市精神病院)于1978年试制成功,我院1978年8月-1979年7月对100例精神分裂症进行了临床观察,小结如下:
