The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made a comprehensive plan for army building and put forward a series of new ideas and requirements. Party members and cadres, the organizers and promoters of implementing these new ideas and new requirements, must have the competencies and qualities that they can take to assume the important task of leading the army in building a scientific development. First, we must strengthen our banner awareness and earnestly translate the political requirements for the building of the party into the party’s member cadres faithful political beliefs.
