本文讨论离合器楔角对接触应力及外圈周向拉应力的影响;几种曲线与楔角的关系;推导了采用阿基米德螺线时,计算导程L的公式及误差分析。可供超越离合器的设计者参考。
In this paper, the influence of the clutch wedge angle on the contact stress and the outer circumferential tensile stress is discussed. The relationship between the several curves and the wedge angle is deduced. The formula and the error analysis of the lead L are deduced when the Archimedes spiral is adopted. For the clutch over the designer’s reference.
