阐述了江西省林业科技与推广人才的现状,指出其专业技术人员总量不足,高级人才短缺,不利于林业发展。进一步分析了林业基层对林业科技与推广体系的需求,指出市场行情和林业技术是林农关注的热点。认为应开展科技下乡活动,扶持科技示范户,加强对干部的学习与培训等来加强林业科技推广体系建设。
The status quo of forestry science and technology and popularizing talents in Jiangxi Province is expounded. It is pointed out that the total shortage of professional and technical personnel, the shortage of senior talents are not conducive to the development of forestry. Further analysis of the forestry grassroots forestry science and technology and extension system, pointed out that the market conditions and forestry technology is the focus of attention of forest farmers. It is believed that the promotion of science and technology to the countryside should be carried out to support the demonstration households of science and technology and to strengthen the study and training of cadres so as to strengthen the construction of the system for promoting forestry science and technology.
