影响精铸件表面质量的关键因素是型壳表面的质量。介绍采用硅溶胶作为大型熔模精铸件面层涂料粘结剂取代水玻璃粘结剂的试验方法。指出选择价廉且应用广泛的石英粉作面层耐火材料,可有效地提高水泥车连杆主体精铸的表面质量。
The key factor affecting the surface quality of the casting is the quality of the shell surface. This paper introduces the method of using silica sol as a substitute for sodium silicate binder for the surface coating binder of large-scale investment castings. It is pointed out that the selection of inexpensive and widely used quartz powder as the surface refractory material can effectively improve the surface quality of the main castings of the connecting rod of cement truck.
