目的观察８７例室上性心动过速四种药物复律的疗效及副作用。方法将８７例随机分为心律平组（５０例），异搏定组（１４例），ＡＴＰ组（１２例）和西地兰组（１１例），即时转复率依次为９６．０％、７８．６％、７５．０％、２７．２％。结果显示心律平组较其他三组疗效高（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１），副作用小（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论心律平应作为转复室上速（ＰＳＶＴ）的首选药物。
Objective To observe the curative effect and side effects of four kinds of drug cardioversion in 87 patients with supraventricular tachycardia. Methods Eighty-seven patients were randomly divided into the rhythm group (50 cases), the verapamil group (14 cases), the ATP group (12 cases) and the cedilanid group (11 cases) .The immediate recovery rates were 96.0% , 78.6%, 75.0%, 27.2%. The results showed that the heart rhythm group than the other three groups of high efficacy (P <0.05 ~ 0.01), side effects (P <0.05). Conclusions Cardiac arrhythmias should be the drug of choice for transposition of supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT).
