近年来因普遍认为剖宫产是解决难产的最有效方法,故剖宫产率有明显增高.现将我院自1989年6月至1990年6月剖宫产术826例作一分析.一、手术率:一年内住院分娩人数4976例,其中剖宫产826例,手术率为16.6%,与国内近期文献报告相一致,而较过去有明显增高.我院1960～1970年剖宫产率为5～7%,1970～1980年增至11～13%,而1980～1990年基本稳定在16～18%,符合全国妇产科学术会议上提出的剖宫产率在20%左右的要求.
