使用玻璃薄腔布氏计研究了不同重结晶方法制备的重(三硝基乙基——氮——硝基)乙二胺(以下简称BTNENE,在表格中简称BT)的热分解性质。发现在同一温度(170℃)下各种BTNENE晶体具有明显不同的热分解速度,在一定温度内,几种BTNENE的热分解表观活化能数值也不相同。为了阐明导致热分解性质差别的原因,使用红外光谱仪,液相色谱仪,x光粉末衍射仪,拍照显微镜等技术对BTNENE晶体进行了研究。仪器分析数据表明。造成BTNENE晶体热分解速度明显差异的原因可能是晶体的缺陷和晶癖。
The thermal decomposition properties of heavy (trinitroethyl-nitro-nitro) ethylenediamine (BTNENE, abbreviated as BT in the table) prepared by different recrystallization methods were studied using glass thin-walled Buchner. It is found that the thermal decomposition rates of various BTNENE crystals at different temperatures are different at 170 ℃. The thermal decomposition apparent activation energy of several BTNENE is not the same at a certain temperature. In order to elucidate the reasons leading to the difference in thermal decomposition properties, BTNENE crystals were studied using infrared spectroscopy, liquid chromatography, x-ray powder diffraction and photomicroscopy. Instrument analysis data show. The reason why the rate of thermal decomposition of BTNENE crystals is significantly different may be the crystal defects and crystal habit.
