应本刊编辑室之约,贾森甫等同志对去冬运城地区小麦旺苗问题,作了系统的定点观察与大面积调查,这篇调查报告写得比较实际,有情况,有分析,有观点。本文指出,1982年冬季小麦旺长,与1973年、1977年的旺长相比,其原因、表现和结果都是特殊的。由于受调查对象的材料所限,本文管理措施一节略显不足。对旺苗采取镇压措施是否必要,认识还不一致,有的同志认为镇压非但无益,反而有害。对此尚需深入研究。农业生产上还有一些类似的技术问题,只要我们不迷信书本的某些结论,不囿于一时一地的经验,不人云亦云,而是实行一条正确的思想,即一切从实际出发,理论联系实际,实事求是,在实践中检验和发展真理,是不难找到正确答案的。
