教学必须有效,学必须快乐,这才是有效性的教学。那么如何开展有效性教学呢?笔者认为必须从教学无效的原因说起,并谈谈自己开展有效教学的一些想法,与大家分享。一、对学生实施了“过剩的”教育知识,是否越多越好?反思我们每个人,从师范、高中、大学毕业,多年以后你记得多少书本知识,用得上多少书本知识,越是高深的知识,用得越少,离自己工作涉及的专业知识越远的知识,忘得最快,乃至于最后忘得一干二净。
