板形控制理论目前尚处于试验研究阶段,控制思想和方法还不完善。结合湖北省科委下达的小型可控轧机科研任务和武钢提出的技术协作课题,我们开展了工业用压力型伺服阀和新型液压弯辊系统的开发研究。本文系弯辊控制的研究小结文章。文中首先提出了研究的目的和意义;之后从分析现有弯辊系统存的在问题入手,探讨了三环新型弯辊系统的控制思想;建立了数学模型,并进行了动态分析;通过动态分析,指出了新的三环弯辊系统的特点和性能显著优越于国内外现有的单环压力反馈弯辊系统。
Shape control theory is still in the experimental stage, the control ideas and methods are not perfect. Combined with the research task of small controllable rolling mill issued by Hubei Science and Technology Commission and the technical cooperation project proposed by WISCO, we carried out the research and development of industrial pressure-type servo valve and new hydraulic bending system. This article is bending roll control research summary article. Firstly, the purpose and significance of the research are put forward. After analyzing the existing problems of the existing roll bending system, the control idea of the new bending roll system in Tricyclic is discussed. The mathematical model is established and the dynamic analysis is carried out. , Pointed out that the characteristics and performance of the new three-ring bending system are significantly superior to the existing single-ring pressure feedback bending system at home and abroad.
