2003年3月3日,AABB血库/输血服务标准规划小组,经AABB理事会批准,发表了血库和输血服务减少细菌污染和检测的新标准,计划于2003年11月1日开始执行。5.1.5.1 血库或输血机构应具备用来限制和检测所有血小板成份中的细菌污染的方法。适合于标准5.6.2。 5.1.5.1.1标准5.1.5.1将于2004年3月1日开始执行 标准5.6.2,参考了标准5.1.5.1,全文如下: 5.6.2 准备静脉穿刺部位的目的是要使细菌的污染危险减到最小。不再使用绿皂。本联合公告的目的是给全体会员提供执行新标准的指导。 虽然在输血治疗中,最常见的传染性危险被认为是血小板的细菌污染~[1-3],目前还没有避免血小板细菌污染的明确办法。
On March 3, 2003, the AABB Blood Bank / Blood Transfusion Services Standards Planning Group, approved by the AABB Council, issued a new standard for blood bank and blood transfusion services to reduce bacterial contamination and detection. It is scheduled to begin on November 1, 2003. 5.1.5.1 Blood banks or blood transfusion facilities should have methods to limit and detect bacterial contamination in all platelet components. Suitable for standard 5.6.2. 5.1.5.1.1 Standard 5.1.5.1 will be implemented on March 1st, 2004, in accordance with Standard 5.6.2, with reference to Standard 5.1.5.1.
