利用HBE 75 0型高低温硬度仪和H 80 0型TEM研究了SiCp/ZA2 7,Al2 O3 p/ZA2 7复合材料和ZA2 7合金的高温蠕变性能 ,结果表明 ;随着温度升高 ,材料的抗蠕变性能下降 ,在不同温度下 ,SiCp/ZA2 7和Al2 O3 p/ZA2 7复合材料的抗蠕变性能均明显高于ZA2 7合金
The high temperature creep properties of SiCp / ZA2 7, Al 2 O 3 p / ZA 2 7 and ZA 2 7 alloys were studied by using HBE 75 0 high and low temperature hardness tester and H 80 0 TEM. The results show that with the increase of temperature, The creep resistance of SiCp / ZA2 7 and Al2 O3 p / ZA2 7 composites is obviously higher than that of ZA2 7 alloy at different temperatures
