重视少数民族地区群众的利益表达,有效化解新时期这些地区在经济发展与社会建设中所面临的各种矛盾,这是当前少数民族地区和谐社会建设中人们十分关注的一个问题。调查结果显示,目前少数民族地区群众对其利益表达效果的满意度还有待提高。他们面临的主要困难和障碍是:方便于他们进行利益表达的渠道太少且不够畅通、不知道如何进行有效的利益表达、政府部门的官僚主义。要提高少数民族地区群众利益表达的满意度,必须着力改善政府部门工作作风,畅通群众利益表达的渠道,为其创造更好的表达环境和条件,并注意提高少数民族群众在利益表达方面的素质。
Attention should be paid to the interests expression of the masses in ethnic minority areas and effectively resolving the various contradictions these regions face in their economic development and social construction in the new era. This is a problem that people are most concerned about in building a harmonious society in ethnic minority areas. The survey results show that at present the masses in ethnic minority areas are still not satisfied with the effectiveness of their interests. The main difficulties and obstacles that they face are: Too few and unimpeded access for them to express their interests, not to know how to express their interests effectively, and to government bureaucracy. To improve the satisfaction of the people’s interest expression in ethnic minority areas, efforts must be made to improve the working style of the government departments, unblock the channels of expression of the people’s interests, create a better environment and conditions for their expression, and pay attention to improving the quality of minority people’s expression of interests .
