目的:用信息化的手段优化病案管理流程,提高病案归档率,提升医院精细化管理效率。方法:基于我院病案回收遇到的问题展开的研究,从2010年开始我院逐步对此流程做了一系列的管控,做到环节追踪,在已有护士站程序中新增入出转报表,对出院时间进行界定,同时运用软件算法,以当前日期提取五个工作日已出院未上交的病案。结果:患者出院5个工作日内病案回归率达95%,7个工作日内病案回归率达100%。结论:对此项目的研究与临床试用,发现可以有效提高病案回归率及质控高效性,为医院管理提供决策支持。
Objective: To optimize the medical records management process by means of information technology, increase the rate of medical records, and improve the efficiency of hospital fine management. Methods: Based on the research on the problems encountered in the recovery of medical records in our hospital, we have gradually conducted a series of management and control procedures on this process since 2010, so that we can track the progress and add new reports to the existing nursing station procedures. The definition of discharge time was defined, and software algorithms were used to extract medical records that had been discharged and had not been turned over five working days based on the current date. RESULTS: The return rate of medical records was 95% within 5 working days after discharge, and the return rate of medical records reached 100% within 7 working days. Conclusion: The research and clinical trial of this project found that it can effectively improve the regression rate of medical records and the high efficiency of quality control, and provide decision support for hospital management.
