目的:观察痛风安液对高尿酸血症小鼠的影响。方法:SPF级昆明种雄性小鼠115只,随机分为正常组(等容蒸馏水),模型组(等容蒸馏水),别嘌呤醇(40 mg·kg-1)组,秋水仙碱(0.25 mg·kg-1)组,痛风安液低、中、高剂量(8.45,16.9,33.8 g·kg-1)组,每组15只,连续ig 28 d,末次给药1 h后检测血清尿酸水平,肌酐(Cr),尿素氮(BUN),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量以及肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性。结果:与正常组比较,模型组小鼠血尿酸水平,XOD活性及Cr,BUN,IL-6,TNF-α水平明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,痛风安各剂量组可明显降低小鼠血尿酸水平,XOD活性及Cr,BUN,IL-6,TNF-α水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:痛风安液对高尿酸模型小鼠有治疗和保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of goutfengan solution on hyperuricemia in mice. Methods: A total of 115 SPF Kunming male mice were randomly divided into normal group (isotonic distilled water), model group (isotonic distilled water), allopurinol group (40 mg · kg -1) and colchicine · Kg-1) .Gongfengan low, medium and high doses (8.45,16.9,33.8 g · kg-1) group, 15 in each group, continuous ig 28 d, the last administration after 1 h serum uric acid levels Creatinine, BUN, IL-6, TNF-α and hepatic xanthine oxidase (XOD) activity were measured. Results: Compared with the normal group, the blood uric acid level, XOD activity and the levels of Cr, BUN, IL-6 and TNF-α in the model group were significantly increased (P <0.01) Serum uric acid level, XOD activity and the levels of Cr, BUN, IL-6 and TNF-α in mice were significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Gout Fengan solution has a therapeutic and protective effect on hyperuricemic mice.
