目的研究三参通脉口服液对冠心病患者免疫功能的调节作用。方法采用单向琼脂扩散法和间接葡萄球菌Ａ蛋白花环法分别测定患者服药前后外周血中免疫球蛋白、补体的含量和Ｔ细胞亚群（ＣＤ＋４、ＣＤ＋８）百分率及其比值。结果治疗组服药后ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ和补体Ｃ３的水平较疗前降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。ＣＤ＋４、ＣＤ＋８细胞百分率较疗前增高，而ＣＤ＋４与ＣＤ＋８比值降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。与对照组比较总疗效有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论该药能有效阻止患者体液免疫功能亢进，降低偏高的ＣＤ＋４与ＣＤ＋８的比值，从而调节患者免疫功能，改善心肌缺血，达到缓解心绞痛的目的
Objective To study the effect of Sanshen Tongmai Oral Liquid on the immune function of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods One-way agar diffusion method and indirect Staphylococcus A protein garland method were used to determine the percentages of immunoglobulin and complement and the percentage of T lymphocyte subsets (CD+4, CD+8) in peripheral blood before and after taking the drug. Results The levels of IgG, IgM and complement C3 in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The percentage of CD+4 and CD+8 cells increased compared with that before treatment, while the ratio of CD+4 to CD+8 decreased (P<0.05). The total curative effect was significantly different from the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The drug can effectively prevent the humoral immune function of patients from hyperactive and reduce the ratio of high CD+4 to CD+8, thus regulating the immune function of patients, improving myocardial ischemia and achieving the purpose of relieving angina pectoris.
