本文报道我院1例,并综合国内散在的报道28例,就本病的有关问题进行分析和讨论,以提高临床上对本病的认识。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 经手术和病理检查确诊的1例及1988～1995年8月国内发表的文章9篇28例,共计29例。有性别记载的27例,男20例(占74),女7例(占26％),男女之比约3:1。有年龄记载的27例,≥40岁17例(占63％),<40岁10例(占37％),年龄最小19岁,最大83岁,平均45.5岁。 1.2 临床症状 呕血前有上腹痛或上腹不适者8例,腹痛最短时间1天,最长的15天,平均3.8天。呕血28例,黑便19例,有休克者15例。
This article reports a case of our hospital, and comprehensive domestic reports scattered in 28 cases, the disease related to the analysis and discussion to improve the clinical understanding of the disease. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information 1 cases confirmed by surgery and pathological examination and 1988 to August 1995 9 articles published in 9 cases, a total of 29 cases. There are 27 cases recorded in age, ≥40 years in 17 cases (63%), <40 years old in 10 cases (37%), the youngest 19 years old, maximum 83 years old, average 45.5 years old. 1.2 Clinical symptoms Hemolytic before abdominal pain or upper abdominal discomfort in 8 cases, the shortest duration of abdominal pain 1 day, the longest 15 days, an average of 3.8 days. 28 cases of hematemesis, melena 19 cases, 15 cases of shock.
