我院1982～1986年共收治慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者59例,并发消化性溃疡(PU,本文称肾原性溃疡)13例,现报告如下。临床资料:本组男9例,女4例。年龄33～62岁,平均43.7岁。13例中因上腹部节律性疼痛伴反酸、暖气,经内镜检查发现胃溃疡(GU)2例,钡餐检查发现GU1例,十二指肠球部溃疡(DU)5例,胃及球部复合溃疡1例;因上腹隐痛不适,给抗酸、解痉治疗效果差,经内镜检查发现GU、DT各1例;无明显消
