本研究采用问卷、访谈和测试工具,抽查了解上海市某区72位中、小英语教师的语音、语法、词汇、修辞、文学文化、教育学等基本知识。结果显示,基础阶段英语教师专业知识整体状况令人担忧。为推动一线教师开展自我学习、提升素质,研究提出:(1)教师通过自我阅读、同事分享等活动提高自身的语言能力和素养;(2)在英语教师培训实践中重视丰富教师专业知识,特别是语言知识,通过有效训练改善英语教师的专业知识结构,提升他们的英语语言能力。
In this study, questionnaires, interviews and testing tools were used to check the basic knowledge of 72 middle and small English teachers in a certain area of Shanghai, such as pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, rhetoric, literary culture and pedagogy. The results show that the basic stage of the overall situation of English teachers is worrying. In order to promote self-learning and quality improvement of first-tier teachers, the study suggests: (1) teachers should improve their language skills and literacy through activities such as self-reading and sharing with colleagues; (2) attach importance to enriching teachers’ professional knowledge in English teacher training practice, Is a linguistic knowledge that improves the professional knowledge structure of English teachers through effective training and enhances their English language ability.
