采用热空气使PPS原粉发生氧化交联。探讨了交联PPS(含40%玻璃纤维)的模压工艺。提出了热模冷压的最佳工艺条件:压力:300—400公斤8厘米~2加热温度:340—380℃加热时间:8—5分/毫米厚。聚对次苯基硫醚(PPS)是一种新型的热塑性工程塑料。可以制成各种电子电器元件,化工机械构件,以及耐热、耐摩部件。但是对于深度交联、流动性差、填充系数高的 PPS,或成型体积大、批最小的 PPS 制品,或 PPS 和聚四氟乙烯的共混料,则易采用模压成型。本文仅就交联 PPS(含40%玻璃纤维)的热模冷压工艺进行探讨,并得出了最佳工艺条件。
The use of hot air to oxidative cross-linking PPS raw powder. The molding process of crosslinked PPS (containing 40% glass fiber) was discussed. In this paper, only the cross-linked PPS (including 40% glass fiber) hot-mode cold-pressed process to explore and get the best process conditions.
