策划人语一盘谋划良久的战略新棋局正悄然形成。4月28日,在山城重庆召开的长江经济带座谈会上,新棋局的轮廓初现,一条贯穿东中西、开放融合的经济生态系统有望形成。这个新战略将超过全国经济总量40%、国土面积占比20%、承载6亿人口的区域通盘考虑,是国家区域发展战略的一个新突破。在新一轮长江经济带开发开放中,综合交通体系被认为是外部效应最大的切入点和突破口,产业转型升级则被视为重中之重。
