目的:通过测定多种食品中的铅和镉,了解广东省多种食品受铅和镉污染的状况。方法:食品样品经微波消解处理方法处理后,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定食品中铅和镉。结果:食品中受铅镉污染的总合格率分别为97.7%、92.0%。受到铅污染的食品主要是海带、紫菜、皮蛋,超标率分别是20%、30%、28%,受到镉污染的食品主要是海带、紫菜、冬菇、猪肾、大米、干米粉,超标率分别是30%3、6%2、7%、4%、4%1、0%。结论:乳制品、蔬菜、鸡蛋、猪肉受到铅和镉的污染程度低,皮蛋、冬菇、猪肾、海带、紫菜、大米、干米粉受到铅和镉的污染程度高。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the status of lead and cadmium contamination in a variety of foods in Guangdong Province by measuring lead and cadmium in various foods. Methods: The food samples were treated with microwave digestion method, and the contents of lead and cadmium in food were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The total qualified rate of lead and cadmium contamination in food was 97.7% and 92.0% respectively. Lead contaminated food mainly kelp, seaweed, preserved eggs, exceeding the standard rates were 20%, 30%, 28%, respectively, cadmium contaminated food mainly kelp, seaweed, mushrooms, kidney, rice, dry rice, Is 30% 3,6% 2,7%, 4%, 4% 1,0%. Conclusion: Dairy products, vegetables, eggs and pork are less polluted by lead and cadmium. Pigs, mushrooms, kidney, seaweed, seaweed, rice and dried rice are polluted by lead and cadmium.
