近年来,笔者所在地的幼儿园之间搞“评优课”的活动相当频繁,师生均感到负担过重。我以为这样搞的结果会带来不少弊病: 首先,这样经常搞“评优课”会影响教学的正常秩序。有的幼儿园为了争荣誉,往往要求参赛教师在上课时间内试讲几次,而且全园教师都到场听讲,以便为其出谋划策,结果是各班的课不得不停下来,而让幼儿去自由活动,这就严重干扰了教学的正常秩序。其次,会降低儿童的学习兴趣。有的教师为了能在“评优课”中获奖,干脆自己当导演,让幼儿当演
