作为教师,在课堂当中不能够缺少沟通,这是人类实现社会发展的重要环节,更是人们实现幸福生活的重要途径。沟通对于人类来说具有十分重要的意义。同时也应当看到,沟通作为人与人之间实现信息传递与情感交流的方式,更是一门艺术。良好的沟通能够促进人际关系的和谐进步,但是失败的沟通则会引起相反的效果。对小学班级进行沟通管理看似简单,但是想要形成有效的沟通仍然需要掌握一定的技巧。

Communication is of great importance to humans.
