丁醛是重要的化工原料,通常是由丁烯醛选择氢化制得。使用的催化剂有:镍、镍-铬-锰、镍-铬-铝、镍-铁-铬、钯、铜、铜-铬、铜-镍、铜-铬-锰等,其制法多为专利。由于催化剂的组成和制法的不同,其催化活性与选择性也不一样。我们对镍催化剂的组成和处理条件与其活性、选择性的关系,进行了些初步工作。试验方法用自制的氧化镍-浮石催化剂,经过适当还原后使用。应用普通的常压气相流动法,在固定床上进行催化剂的氢化活性与选择性的测定。原料和产品的分
Butyraldehyde is an important chemical raw material, usually made from the selective hydrogenation of crotonaldehyde. The catalysts used include nickel, nickel-chromium-manganese, nickel-chromium-aluminum, nickel-iron-chromium, palladium, copper, copper-chromium, copper-nickel, copper-chromium- . Due to the different composition and preparation of the catalyst, its catalytic activity and selectivity are not the same. We carried out some preliminary work on the composition and processing conditions of nickel catalysts and their activity and selectivity. Test method with homemade nickel oxide - pumice catalyst, after appropriate reduction before use.
