After scientific research is interrupted, it will take at least a few days or more to resume normal operation. Some people are not even optimistic that the shadow of the U.S. government's closure may be shrouded in science for several months. After 16 days of suspension, the House of Representatives and the House of Representatives finally voted separately in the motion on the evening of October 16, giving the federal government a temporary grant and raising its public debt ceiling. On the morning of the 17th, President Barack Obama signed the motion and the “shut-in” storm that swept the U.S. federal government was tentatively ended. This is a very exciting and uneasy news for American researchers.
