2011年,教育部相继出台了新《义务教育英语课程标准》及新《教师教育标准》,更新了小学英语教育及教师专业发展的理念。因此,教师运用问卷调查、田野研究等方法对南昌市小学英语教师发展现状进行了调查,从教师队伍基本情况、教师专业信念、专业知识及技能、专业发展阶段、模式、策略等方面来分析现状,并提出小学英语教师专业发展影响因素。
