结合哈尔滨工业大学自动化专业及控制科学与工程学科在工程教育方面人才培养的探索与实践,分别从跨本硕的卓越工程师培养体系探索、学术与应用型研究生分类培养模式改革实践、航天领域工程技术领军人才培养(工程博士)的探索,培养工程经验和实践动手能力的校内外实验基地建设,以及跨院校、跨学科门类、跨本硕培养阶段的理工结合创新人才培养模式探索与实践等几个方面,介绍该校在此方面的部分想法、思路以及探索与实践。
Combining with the exploration and practice of engineering education in Harbin Institute of Technology for Automation and Control Science and Engineering, this paper explores and studies the training system of excellent engineers across the board, the reform practice of academic and applied graduate classification training mode, the engineering of aerospace field Exploration and Practice of Leading Talents Cultivation (Doctor of Engineering) Exploration, Cultivation of Engineering Experiences and Practical Hands-on Experimental Bases in Colleges and Universities, and Inter-disciplinary, Interdisciplinary Courses, and Combination of Science and Engineering with Innovative Talents Training On the one hand, introduce some ideas, ideas and exploration and practice of the school in this area.
