不同于青藏铁路建成通车给沿线区域带来经济文化领域繁荣的角度,本文更加关注如何从宪制角度理解青藏铁路建成通车后对内地和边疆政治互动的重大意义,从如何理解多民族国家政治性构成需要、内地与藏区利益供需关系、多民族国家政治认同方面出发,基于对藏区现实需求的理解进一步加深对多民族国家宪制构建路径,以自己绵薄的学术之力为后来研究藏区、边疆或者民族地方宪制构建的学者提供一些借鉴参考。
