目的探讨应用急救模拟人(Emergency Care Simulator,ECS)对全科医师进行急救技能培训的效果。方法应用ECS对28名全科医师按照统一标准进行急救技能培训,急救技能内容包括4项技术(止血、包扎、固定、转运)和心肺复苏,比较培训前后成绩的差异;调查全科医师对培训的认可程度。结果全科医师4项技术培训前后的成绩分别为59.1±7.8和81.6±6.4(P<0.01);心肺复苏的成绩分别为62.3±8.5和89.3±6.7(P<0.01);95.8%认为有必要对全科医师进行急救技能培训。结论应用ECS对全科医师进行培训可以显著提高急救技能,培养团队精神。
Objective To explore the effect of using emergency care simulator (ECS) to provide emergency training for general practitioners. Methods 28 general practitioners were trained with ECS according to a uniform standard. The first aid skills consisted of four techniques (hemostasis, bandaging, fixation, transshipment) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), comparing the results before and after training; investigating the general practitioner training The degree of recognition. Results The results of the four general practitioners before and after technical training were 59.1 ± 7.8 and 81.6 ± 6.4, respectively (P <0.01). The scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation were 62.3 ± 8.5 and 89.3 ± 6.7 (P <0.01) respectively. 95.8% of them considered it necessary First aid skills training for general practitioners. Conclusion The application of ECS to general practitioner training can significantly improve the emergency skills and develop team spirit.
