国家教委颁布的《九年义务教育全日制小学、初级中学音乐教学大纲》确立了美育在我国基础教育中的地位,明确指出:“音乐教育是实施美育的重要途径”。笔者就音乐课堂教学中应实施的活跃性原则谈谈自己的看法。
The Nine-Year Compulsory Education Full-time Primary School and Junior High School Music Teaching Program promulgated by the State Education Commission established the status of aesthetic education in China’s basic education and clearly pointed out: “Music education is an important way to implement aesthetic education.” The author talks about his own views on the principle of activity that should be implemented in music classroom teaching.
