研究了T23钢的热变形行为,并建立了材料的热加工图。结果表明,在热压缩过程中T23钢有动态再结晶及动态回复两种软化机制,随着减少变形速率或升高变形温度,动态再结晶产生的趋势逐渐增大。T23钢的最佳热加工区域为1 175~1 240℃、0.03~0.25 s-1。
The hot deformation behavior of T23 steel was studied and the hot working diagram of the material was established. The results show that there are two kinds of softening mechanism of dynamic recrystallization and dynamic recovery in the process of hot compression. The trend of dynamic recrystallization increases with decreasing deformation rate or increasing deformation temperature. The optimum hot working area of T23 steel is 1 175 ~ 1 240 ℃ and 0.03 ~ 0.25 s-1.
