公有知识数据库的公共获取是信息资源传播、交流和获取的重要方式之一,是科学研究和创新的重要保障。通过分析目前公有知识数据库公共获取方面存在的障碍,提出适宜我国公有知识数据库的公共获取策略。
Public access to public knowledge database is one of the most important ways to disseminate, exchange and obtain information resources and is an important guarantee for scientific research and innovation. By analyzing the existing obstacles in public access to public knowledge database, a public access strategy suitable for our public knowledge database is proposed.
