本文对圆形截面高耸构筑物横向风振设计计算中的方法及重要参数进行了比较系统、全面的分析。其中有以下特点:(一)不仅分析了过去一般设计中所计算的临界风速下的横向风振,而且进一步提出了如何计算在最大设计风速下的横向风振,也就是计算除临界风速以外任意风速下的横向风振。当计算纵向风振与横向风振的联合效应时,最大设计风速下的横向振动,可能是决定性的。(二)提出了在高耸构筑物上有共振区域及非共振区域,在不同的区域有不同形式的横向风振共同工作着。这一分区方法对采用分析方法计算高耸构筑物的横向风振提供了重要条件。[比较合理地处理了高耸构筑物筒身斜率(batter)对共振的影响这一新问题,也是其中一个实际效果。](三)特别分清确定性共振与随机振动的不同,对其横向力系数 C_L 值及动力扩大系数ξ_i 分别进行了较详细的讨论。(四)用现场实测资料来验算,是今后风振计算方法发展一个重要趋势。本文选用了国外两个实测资料,用本文的方法进行了验算,结果比较满意。
In this paper, a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the methods and important parameters in the lateral wind vibration design calculation for the high-rise buildings with circular cross-section is carried out. It has the following characteristics: (1) It not only analyzes the lateral wind vibration under the critical wind speed calculated in the past general design, but also further proposes how to calculate the lateral wind vibration at the maximum design wind speed, that is, to calculate any value except the critical wind speed. Transverse wind vibration at wind speed. When calculating the combined effect of longitudinal wind vibration and lateral wind vibration, the lateral vibration at maximum design wind speed may be decisive. (2) It has been proposed that there are resonance and non-resonant areas on high-rise structures, and that different types of horizontal wind-induced vibrations work together in different areas. This partitioning method provides important conditions for the use of analytical methods to calculate the lateral wind vibration of tall buildings. [This new problem of the influence of the influence of the batter’s slope on the resonance of the towering structure is also a practical effect. (3) To distinguish clearly the difference between deterministic resonance and random vibration, the C_L value of lateral force and the dynamic expansion factor ξ_i are discussed in detail. (IV) Checking with on-site measured data is an important trend in the development of wind vibration calculation methods in the future. In this paper, two foreign measured data are selected and checked by the method of this paper. The results are satisfactory.
