时代是不断发展和进步的,时代的发展自然也催生了许多新生事物的发展,而新媒体技术便是一种被广大群众所迅速接受的新型技术。在新媒体的冲击之下,数字化图书馆应运而生。下文笔者将就“何为新媒体”、“社会文化传播中图书馆所起的作用及发展状况”、“社会文化传播中图书馆所起的作用及当今发展状况”三个方面进行论述。
