近日,国家发展改革委会同教育部、司法部、新闻出版广电总局印发通知,决定将教材价格及部分服务收费标准下放到省级管理。据介绍,下放到省级管理的定价项目包括:教材价格,即列入中小学用书目录的教科书和列入评议公告目录的教辅材料印张基准价;公证服务收费:司法鉴定服务收费。通知要求,各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府价格主管部门会同同级相关部门于2016年5月1日前制定出台本地区的教材价格及公证服务、司法鉴定服务收
